Simply click the Submit a Brief button on your home page and select the service, complete the form, and select Submit . Or, if you are not finished creating the brief, save it as a Draft. Your brief, once submitted, will be sent to the service provider. If more information is needed, they may send the brief back to you to provide more information.
You can select multiple service providers and service types even if they would be executed by different service providers if they are for the same project. Each submission is for a single client/project . If you have multiple briefs to submit, they should be saved as a Draft until you have complete information for all the briefs before selecting Submit.
If you submitted a brief to the wrong service provider/service type, and it has been assigned, the brief will need to be canceled and a new brief submitted to the correct service provider.
To cancel a brief that has been submitted and assigned please contact the service provider.
Please save the brief as a Draft and once you have all the information and files then Submit it.
