Briefs and Brief Submissions

How do I submit a brief?

Simply click the Submit a Brief button on your home page and select the service, complete the form, and select Submit . Or, if you are not finished creating the brief, save it as a Draft. Your brief, once submitted, will be sent to the service provider. If more information is needed, they may send the brief back to you to provide more information.

 

Can I submit more than one request to more than one service provider?

You can select multiple service providers and service types even if they would be executed by different service providers if they are for the same project. Each submission is for a single client/project . If you have multiple briefs to submit, they should be saved as a Draft until you have complete information for all the briefs before selecting Submit.

 

What happens if I submitted a brief to the wrong service provider?

If you submitted a brief to the wrong service provider/service type, and it has been assigned, the brief will need to be canceled and a new brief submitted to the correct service provider.

 

What if I no longer need what I requested?

To cancel a brief that has been submitted and assigned please contact the service provider.

 

Can I submit a brief if I don’t have all the information?

Please save the brief as a Draft and once you have all the information and files then Submit it.

 

I submitted a brief but now I have more information; do I submit another brief?

Contact the service provider to align on how they prefer you address this.

What do I do/who do I contact if the brief portal isn’t working?

Please send an email to brief.support@admgroup.com. Explain the issue you are experiencing. Screenshots are helpful.

How are new users added or removed from the brief portal?

New users can self-register on the main page of the site. To be removed from the system contact brief.support@admgroup.com.

 

Whom do I contact if I no longer want to receive email notifications?

Contact brief.support@admgroup.com.
